- Quick access to support, feedback, and admin demo
These changes make configuring the plugin simpler and more efficient.

- In most cases, the interface loads automatically without any issues.
- However, if we encounter any issues while switching, we can manually switch interfaces using the following URLs.
Switch to the New Interface
<https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=click-to-chat&admin_ui=2026>
Switch Back to the Old Interface
<https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=click-to-chat&admin_ui=2019>
These URLs can be used as a troubleshooting method if the interface does not load correctly.

Interface Layout Overview
The new interface is designed to make navigation and configuration easier.
The layout mainly consists of three areas:
1. Sidebar Navigation
Displays all plugin settings and sections.
2. Main Settings Area
Where the selected settings are configured.
3. Right-Side Quick Options
Provides quick access to support and plugin resources.

Sidebar Navigation
In the old interface, plugin settings were accessed through the default WordPress admin sidebar.
In the new interface, the plugin includes a dedicated sidebar inside the plugin dashboard.
This sidebar helps us:
- Clearly separate plugin features
- Quickly navigate between settings
- Access sections without reloading the page
The interface now uses AJAX-based single-page loading, which means switching between sections is faster and smoother.

Core Settings Sections
The most important plugin settings are now organized into clear sections, making them easier to find.
The main sections include:
- Styles
- Greetings
- Display Settings
- Analytics
- Advanced Settings
- WooCommerce
- Customize
Styles
The Styles section allows us to customize how the chat button appears on the website.
We can configure:
- Button design
- Button position
These design settings are now easier to locate and configure.
Greetings
The Greetings section controls the welcome messages shown to website visitors.
Here we can configure:
- Greeting message text
- Greeting styles
- When the greeting appears
- How it interacts with the chat button
The new interface presents these settings in a clearer layout.
Display Settings
The Display Settings section controls where and when the chat button appears on the website.
We can configure:
- Device visibility (desktop or mobile)
- Page targeting
- User login conditions
- Display behavior
These settings are now better organized to simplify configuration.

Analytics
The Analytics section is now available as a dedicated section for better visibility and easier access.
Previously, analytics settings were grouped under Other Settings,
With this update, analytics is now:
- Clearly separated for quick access
- Easier to navigate and manage
- Better organized for improved usability
This change helps users track performance more efficiently without searching through multiple settings.

Advanced Settings
The Advanced tab replaces the previous Other Settings section.
Earlier, this section included multiple mixed settings such as analytics, animations, debug, and troubleshooting, making it less structured.
Now, it has been reorganized into a dedicated Advanced section with better clarity.
In this section, we can configure:
- Animations – Control chat button animation behavior
- Debug Options – Enable debugging for issue tracking
- Troubleshooting Tools – Resolve common configuration issues
This restructuring makes advanced configurations:
- Easier to find
- Better organized
- More focused for technical use cases

WooCommerce & Customize
The WooCommerce and Customize sections remain part of the plugin, just like in the previous interface.
However, in the new interface, these sections are presented with an enhanced UI for better usability.
Improvements include:
- Cleaner layout
- Improved spacing and readability
- Faster navigation with single-page loading
- Better visual organization of settings
While the functionality remains the same, the updated interface makes these sections:
- Easier to use
- More visually consistent with the new design
- Faster to configure
Auto Save Feature
The new interface introduces an Auto Save option to improve the configuration workflow.
We can now choose between:
- Auto Save – settings are saved automatically when changes are made
- Manual Save – click Save Changes to apply the settings
This helps prevent losing changes while configuring the plugin.

Dark Mode and Light Mode
The new interface includes a Dark Mode and Light Mode toggle.
This allows us to switch the interface appearance based on our preference.
Benefits include:
- Improved readability
- Better visibility in different lighting conditions
- More comfortable usage during long sessions
We can switch between Dark Mode and Light Mode anytime.

Upgrade to Pro Tab
In the free version of the plugin, there is an Upgrade to Pro tab.
This section includes:
- A list of Pro features
- A comparison table between Free and Pro versions
- Information about the benefits of upgrading
This helps users understand the additional features available in the Pro plugin.
License Key (Pro Plugin)
In the Pro version, the interface includes a License Key tab.
Here we can:
- Enter the plugin license key
- Activate the license
- Receive plugin updates
- Access Pro features
Activating the license ensures we receive updates and official support.

Right-Side Quick Options
On the right side of the interface, we provide quick access to useful resources.
These options include:
Contact
Allows us to reach the plugin support team for help.
Feedback
Allows users to share suggestions or report issues.
Admin Demo
Provides access to a demo of the plugin admin interface.
